AimData Solutions. is envisioned to capitalize Soft Data that enables customer to obtain tacit knowledge about scrutinizing self, others, and special tasks and mitigating transaction costs in Business, Healthcare and Education purposes.

Our mission is to address the challenges and opportunities of managing massive streams of person-generated big data. The Service will harness enterprises, universities, government agencies and service providers realized by tapping into powerful human impulses for E-Governance, Ethics & Business Compliance, and Behavior & Workplace Optimization.

Soft culture matters as much as hard numbers. An Organisation culture is not about words at all. It's about behaviour – and consequences ushered in reputation. It's about every single individual who manages people knowing that his or her key role is that of chief values officer, responsible to offer knowledge transmission and institute systems that facilitate ethical conducts in order to create a climate that strengthen relationships and reputation their companies depend on. 
Implementing a compliance-based ethics program, the goal is not only designed to prevent, detect and punish legal violations, rather be pursuant to an integrity-based approach to create an organization that encourages exemplary behaviour which in subsequence also might be the best way to prevent damaging misconduct. 
When integrating integrity strategies into the day-to-day operations of an organization, cultures of guiding values, aspiration, and pattern of thought and conduct can be realized by tapping into powerful human impulses for moral thoughts and actions.
Further, given the improvement of compliance in the digital era, it is crucial to acknowledge that stakeholder can now quickly confirm their needs facilitating the governance of their corporation.
